Purchased a vehicle from this place in May 2020. Tires were bad and after 24 hours in the car needed some significantly costly repairs. They were only . willing to even cover $500 of what could’ve been over 2000. Looks like safety inspection was never done or the tires certainly would have been noted. It has been almost 3 months and I have yet to receive my registration and it expires next month. Now I cannot even get in touch with an employee at the dealership. A lot of work that a customer have to put into buying a new vehicle. Totally unnecessary
Very satisfied with purchase. Bought two cars in 2019. Both cars in good conditions, price and monthly payments are amazing. The customer service was . excellent. Thank you Nick and Hammid for making it happen. My husband and I are very satisfied with our cars.
My dad was recently looking for a car, he was already financed with a credit union so I sent them the paperwork over email so they can have everything . ready so we could visit, inspect the car and sign paperwork right away in case he wanted to keep the car, sure enough everything was ready to go, the process was quick and simple and they kept social distance protocols entire time.
My husband and I drove from Bakersfield to purchase a vehicle for our daughter. Our customer service experience was great. Nick and Diana were friendly, . patient and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

Emailed for price out the door and they don’t respond. Not even a counter offer. Watch out for these people. No wonder their reviews are so low.
In order for us to provide the client with accurate out the door number we need to have the residential zip, also if you are that interested to know t . he out the door amount, making a simple phone call could be very helpful. missing a single email does not make any business good or bad, we take pride after selling thousands of used vehicles and 16 years in this business and same location no one can say we sold a car with bad engine or major mechanical or structural issues.
Horrible people, Hammid will sell you a junk car he can care less when you pull away of the lot. Had to replace motor mounts and fix a misfire in the engine. . The mechanics will delete all existing codes so you can see the car is borderline to being blown. Don’t deal with these liars and selfish dirtbags. Hammid will make it seem he will provide warranty for the car and “even” cover half the cost to fix the mechanic shop next door is the same business SHADY SHADY. Fernando the mechanic will fix it just enough until your stuck with a car that doesn’t run, my advice to any car buyer don’t come to A-lux worst customer service and cars. Hammid will boast about his online reviews but there all bogus, Hammid if you read this you screw over hard working people who are looking for a good used car buy selling them a steaming pile of crap
I believe you purchased a 2009 Toyota Corolla S black and last time you were here we took care of the issues you were experiencing and you insured us . to change your reviews since you left here completely satisfied,hamid is no longer with our company so feel free to contact me in case you need any assistance. I’m sorry for your negative experience, we provide our buyers with 2 days return policy and passing the smog accordingly at certified Smog station so no short cuts here. thank you

Took my daughter-in-law and grandchildren shopping for a used car. We were on a tight budget and had looked at literally hundreds of cars over the past . two weeks. We were starting to get discouraged, when we saw our dream car at A-Lux Auto. The price was great, the car was beautiful, and I thought there must be a catch. It was late in the day, and we were unable to take the car to our own mechanic for an inspection. So we spent the extra $150 for the Contract Cancellation Option, just in case it turned out there were hidden problems. The $150 bought peace of mind, knowing that if something serious was wrong with the car, we could return it with no questions asked. The next morning our mechanic checked it out thoroughly and told us that we got a GREAT car! We were all doing the happy dance. We’ve had the car for over a week now, and it has exceeded all of our expectations. SO glad we went to A-Lux! Oh, and by the way, they were extremely patient with a screaming 2-year-old during the purchase process. I highly recommend this dealer.
