There is a way to do it without hacking but you need a computer for the RaidFinder program and to check the seed website. Unfortunately it requires trading with a bot which is hard to access.

Posted this in another thread on the trade boards so might as well post it here as a guide. This is my first guide so sorry if it’s sloppy.

1. So if you want to get a shiny den you’ll first have to find what frame is. So the first step to finding that shiny frame is to pick a den and get a purple beam, to do this your going to have spawn the purple beam by going to your settings and putting text to slow or normal depending on how comfortable you are at pressing home, Once you have text speed on normal and a den save right at the empty den and then use a wishing piece

At this prompt you can see if its a normal or purple beam so go into the home menu and close the game and restart until you find the shining purple beam.

Now that you have found the shiny purple beam there are 2 methods on finding your shiny frame, I will go over on the method that has been the MOST successful to me personally as i have spawned a couple of shiny dens already. The first thing you want to do is go catch that pokemon thats in the den you just spawned, once you’ve caught it DONT SAVE and your going to either need a hacked switch or what I’ve been using is a bot that checks it for you the popular choice is dudu bot which im not going to link because i don’t know if GameFAQs allows me to but just go to YouTube and search “Blaines dudu” it should be the 1st video “check your shiny den without hacked switch” Website should be in the description. Next your going to need the “Raid Finder” Application which tells you where your shiny frame is once you get the bots code from trading the pokemon or you could watch the video where he explains this step pretty well.
I was listening to that new guilty gear song so that explains the profile name
This tells me my 1st shiny den is in 5517 frames. (AKA Frames means days so its 5516 days away)

Highly recommend to do step one over again and get something like 3-4K days away

About the 2nd Method: I have only got it to work once and if i lose track where I was and try to put the seed into raid finder it kept giving me false positives so I really don’t recommend that method

Okay so you’ve found your shiny den now but your not going to wait 10+ YEARS to wait until spawns so how do you make time go faster? Currently there is a VS match exploit where if you go into a ranked game and complete it win or lose DO NOT DISCONNECT OR FORFEIT THE MATCH you will be able to skip days pretty fast like so if you stay online.:

Also its wayyyy faster on handheld mode with the touch screen
PS: RECOMMENDED TO LEAVE THE WILD AREA WHILE DOING THIS WHEN YOU KNOW IT WORKS SINCE SKIPPING TOO FAST IN THE WILD AREA WILL CRASH THE GAME LOSING ALL THE DAYS YOU’VE SKIPPED

Okay so now you know the trick to make days go faster but its still 5517 days away when do i know when to stop? Ok so this will differ from person but if you go to google and type “What is 5517 days away from (CURRENT DATE) it will tell you exactly what day it is, but he is the thing. You do NOT want to save on the 5517th day as that will lock your pokemon you want to save 4 days before the 5517th because then you will be able to roulette shiny pokemon, So I recommend to type in what is 6 days or 40+ days away and then check again with dudu bot TO MAKE SURE you save 4+ days away from your target or you lose your ability to roulette shines. You can reset over and over until you find the pokemon you want as long as your 4+ frames away since frames 1-3 will be locked to the same pokemon.

This should cover most of it please tell me if i’ve missed anything so i can fix it will try to edit as much as possible.
It currently takes me about 2hours or a bit more to get a shiny den. 4 mins to get the purple beam 6-10 minutes to get dudu bot to trade with me and I usually do 3600+ skips for the rest of the time
