One of my all time favorite strains at Organicann in Oakland is Cherry Pie, and apparently I’m not alone. It sells out quickly, sometimes within hours of hitting the shelves. Though not the smoothest of strains when smoked, it’s flavor is still enjoyable (yes, it does taste like cherry pie on the first toke or two), and it is always around 20% THC. Though it is a hybrid, I find the effects to be initially quite stimulating, and I often take it backpacking during the summer months up at Tahoe. I also use it to induce sleep, since mountaineers sometime suffer from altitude insomnia, a condition easily overcome after the stimulation wears off. Overall, one of the best strains Organicann stocks on a regular basis, and I highly recommend it.
